The CSSTC will provide a forum for the Canadian community to discuss the latest developments in semiconductor physics, materials development, device technologies, instrumentation, and metrology.

Sebastian Koelling will give a tutorial on Three-dimensional atom-by-atom tomography of semiconductor devices.
Lu Luo will give a talk on Ge/GeSn NW for mid-infrared optoelectronic.
Patrick Daoust will present a poster on CVD Grown Nuclear Spin Depleted 70Ge/SiGe Heterostructures

Opening PolyAPT

In August 2023 the Atom Probe Tomography lap at Polytechnique Montréal will be opened and start carrying out APT analysis on a Cameca Invizo 6000.

Atom Probe Tomography & Microscopy 2023

EXTERNAL event

This 60th International Field Emission Symposium will bring together newcomers and experts from various scientific disciplines (physics, material science, geology, engineering, etc.) to discuss recent research results and future directions on aspects related to high field physics, nanoscience and atom probe microscopy.

Sebastian Koelling will give an invited talk on Hidden Structures in Atom Probe Tomography data.
